Pat Norriss brought a special guest to the meeting today. Maureen Shelton is the Criminal District Attorney for Wichita County. She and a staff of 18 attorneys, 11 support staff, and 9 investigators handle over 6000 felony and misdemeanor cases every year. She gave us some challenging case examples that gave us the opportunity to judge for ourselves if a case would be held over for trial or no-billed. It was very interesting.
